Land Investment Made Simple
How do you make money with land?
Buy vacant land for less than you can resell it for. Find a buyer and close the sale. The money left after costs is where the profit comes from. PRG brings the leads, the team, and the system, plus access to funding partners and tools to find potential buyers. You learn and work the deal rather than starting from scratch; funding requires approval, and buyers and profits are not guaranteed.
Understand the margin before you make an offer
Sale price − Purchase price − Deal costs = Potential deal profit
Deal costs can include research, closing, financing, marketing, and holding costs. Your take-home also depends on business and membership expenses, any agreed partner share, and taxes.
- 1
Find a seller
You do: Talk with a landowner about the property, their price, and why they want to sell.
PRG helps with: Seller opportunities available through your membership, conversation resources, and follow-up tools.
- 2
Buy with room for profit
You do: Research likely resale value, check the property, and negotiate a purchase price that leaves room for costs and a margin.
PRG helps with: LandConnect property research, training, optional paid DD360 due diligence, and a Funding Passport to prepare a Capital2Close request. The partner makes the funding decision.
- 3
Find the next buyer
You do: Market the land to an investor, builder, or end buyer and work through their questions and terms.
PRG helps with: Tools to research potential buyers, track contacts, prepare marketing, and organize outreach, with support under your selected plan. Buyers are not guaranteed.
- 4
Close and account for the margin
You do: Complete the sale and subtract acquisition and deal costs. A positive margin is the basis of your profit.
PRG helps with: A place to track documents, financials, and next steps. Any PRG or partner share follows your written agreement.
Focus your available time on the actions behind a sale: speaking with sellers, checking the margin, finding buyers, and moving the transaction forward.
Active business, not guaranteed income. A lead is not a completed sale. Costs, funding requirements, and available assistance must be reviewed before committing to a deal.
Want a Side Business With a Clear Way to Earn?
The aim is a margin on a completed land sale—not a paycheck for logging in or simply spending time.
You want to understand what produces revenue before committing to another business idea.
You have an existing job and need a realistic plan for seller calls, research, and follow-up.
You want to evaluate a deal by its full costs and potential margin, not just a hopeful asking price.
You want seller opportunities, training, and support rather than building every resource yourself.
Plan Part-Time Work Around the Steps That Move a Deal
An illustrative sequence of work blocks. Actual hours vary with your experience, opportunities, and closing requirements.
Review seller opportunities and choose the conversations and property questions to work this week.
Ask sellers about their land and price. Use training resources and record what needs to happen next.
Investigate resale demand, comparable sales, access, risks, and costs before deciding what to offer.
Work your buyer plan, respond to questions, and organize marketing and follow-up.
Coordinate negotiations, documents, and closing requirements. Allow extra time when a deal needs it.
Set aside time for learning, research, and consistent follow-up, plus seller and buyer appointments. Your selected plan determines assistance; do not assume PRG handles every outreach or administrative task.

"This Isn't a Course You Pay For and Never Use."
The goal is to put learning into practice: understand a seller, research a property, evaluate the margin, and work toward a buyer and closing. PRG combines available seller opportunities, practical resources, and plan-based support.
LandConnect helps keep the work organized. You still need to assess risk, arrange capital for purchases, communicate with sellers and buyers, and meet transaction requirements. Revenue depends on successful deals, not hours promised by a program.

How much money could I make?
There is no fixed paycheck or guaranteed deal profit. Start with a realistic resale price, subtract the purchase price and deal costs, then account for business expenses, taxes, and any agreed partner share. Some deals make money, some lose money, and some never close.
Do I need money to buy the land?
A purchase needs funding. PRG provides access to funding partners, including a Funding Passport to prepare your Capital2Close request from your deal information. You review the packet and complete the partner application separately. Funding is subject to partner eligibility, terms, and approval; membership does not guarantee financing or a no-capital transaction. PRG may receive referral compensation. Research, marketing, financing, and closing can involve additional costs.
Can I earn by working on deals with PRG?
Approved participants may earn an agreed share on deals closed through the PRG network. Eligibility, responsibilities, the split, funding obligations, and payment conditions must be confirmed in a written agreement. Membership alone does not guarantee paid deal assignments.
What am I paying PRG for?
Your selected membership defines access to seller opportunities, LandConnect, training, and support. Review lead availability, included assistance, recurring charges, and separately priced services such as DD360 before joining. You are purchasing services, not guaranteed earnings.
See the process, discuss your goals, and review the costs before you decide.
