What is PRG LandTech?
PRG LandTech is an approved-investor membership for people who buy and sell vacant land. Every member works inside LandConnect, our operating system. Paid plans add guaranteed leads that want offers, training, and operational support on top of the software, so you are not stitching together tools or buying lists from separate vendors.
What is LandConnect?
LandConnect is the platform itself. It includes a full CRM and lead workspace, AI SMS and email outreach, underwriting and deal-analysis tools, contract templates with a PSA generator, the training center, and the deal workflow that carries a parcel from first contact through offer, due diligence, and disposition.
What is the offer guarantee?
On paid plans you get guaranteed leads that want offers: you get the offer, 100% guaranteed, or you don't pay for that month, per the guarantee terms. We do not guarantee profitable transactions, seller answer or response rates, or that every seller you reach will respond.
Who is PRG LandTech for?
Land investors and operators who want real infrastructure to run deals — sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, contracting, and closing. Members act as independent buyers representing themselves or their own companies. It is not a get-rich-quick program.
How do I get started?
Create a free account to look around, or book a 30-minute fit call so we can confirm fit and market capacity. Nothing is charged during signup — you will not be charged until after we talk with you.
What tools are included with a plan?
Full CRM and lead workspace, AI SMS and email outreach, deal analysis and multi-strategy valuations, contract templates with the PSA generator, document storage and deal folders, and training center access.
What is LEVI?
LEVI is an optional helper available in the app and in Slack for property analysis and quick answers while you work. It supports your decisions — it does not make them for you and does not guarantee any deal outcome.
What are VTAs?
Virtual Team Assistants are optional support staff who handle repetitive work for members who have limited hours. VTA services are sold separately from your membership and are never required to use the platform.
What does it cost?
Free is $0 with no activation fee. Core is $249/month, Market Pro is $399/month, and Territory Elite is $649/month. Standard setup is included with no activation fee. Optional Assisted Launch is $497 one-time. Additional guaranteed leads use the current plan rate ($79 for new plans). Full details are on the Plans page.
What integrations are supported?
The platform connects to the services members actually use day to day: Google Drive for deal documents, Google Calendar for tasks and appointments, email and SMS providers for outreach, e-signature for contracts, and parcel and property-data providers for research.
Is there training and support?
Yes. The training center and member support are included with every paid plan, with response times based on your plan level. Training covers sourcing, offers, negotiation, due diligence, and disposition.
How is my data handled?
Accounts are individually secured, your leads and deal records are scoped to your account, and access to member data is restricted internally. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
