Program Orientation & Role Clarity
Establish your foundation. Understand the PRG model, your role boundaries, and the warm-lead philosophy that drives everything.
PRG LandTech operates a warm-lead conversion model. Every seller in your pipeline has already expressed interest — they raised their hand first. Your job as a Deal Closer is NOT to sell, persuade, or push. You are a facilitator who helps motivated sellers understand their options and take the next step. PRG Operations handles sourcing, marketing, and initial lead qualification. Team Leads handle escalations, offer approvals, and quality oversight. You sit in the middle: taking warm handoffs, running discovery, and submitting diligence packets.
Role boundaries are non-negotiable. Deal Closers may NOT independently set offer prices, contact cold leads, or make verbal commitments. Every offer requires Team Lead approval before it is communicated to any seller. Every action must be logged in LandConnect Pro (the CRM) within the same business day. Violating these boundaries — even once — is grounds for immediate removal from the program. This module establishes the mindset, vocabulary, and behavioral guardrails you will carry through all 10 modules.

Land has no inherent yield. Its value = Legal Permission × Physical Feasibility × Infrastructure Access × Market Demand. If any one collapses, the deal collapses.
